Warranty Terms

Maintenance instructions and terms:

Selected products are eligible for a one-year warranty (starting from the date on the invoice). This warranty only applies to INDIV. styling tools sold through this website or its authorized dealers.

Please keep valid proof of purchase and related maintenance registration email records. Present them to our company when applying for repair service to be valid.

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase to register for warranty service. Warranty service registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase. After this period, customers will be charged the full price list for the repair service.

(1) The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property caused by improper use of the product or any failure, damage or malfunction of the product.

(2) The customer must send the product to the designated address by himself. The company will send the product back to you by SF Express after the product is repaired or replaced.


(3) Customers are not allowed to change the serial number on the product without authorization. If the serial number on the product is found to be inconsistent with the one listed on the warranty card, the warranty will be invalid. (If applicable)

(Four)
Except for the following cases, the maintenance scope will not be included

- Damage to the tool caused by human error or misuse, such as dropping it, plugging it into the wrong type of power socket, converting to the wrong voltage, placing the product in water, or not using it according to the product manual.
- The product has been disassembled and modified.
- No damage was found after testing.
- The casing of the product is damaged.


(5) In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

(6) All information is subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

(VII) This warranty card does not confer or purport to confer on any third party any benefits or rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any terms and conditions of this warranty card.

(8) Once the warranty registration is submitted, the product will be insured immediately.

(IX) Maintenance replacement only includes replacement of the same basic model, and does not guarantee replacement of the same color or version, such as limited edition/special edition/discontinued products.

*The Company reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.
