Available Delivery Methods

  • Door-to-Door / Residential Delivery: Dispatched randomly via SF Express or JD Logistics.
  • Self-Pickup Options: SF Stores (Note 1) or SF Lockers (Note 2).

By selecting any of the above options, you agree to the terms and conditions regarding shipment delivery set by the respective courier company.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific promotional events, shipping charges are determined as follows:

  • Free Shipping: Applicable to orders totaling HK$500 or above for destinations in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Freight Collect (Pay on Delivery): For Hong Kong and Macau orders under HK$500, shipping charges will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  1. Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days following successful order placement (excluding public holidays).
  2. Transit Time: Shipments typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, subject to courier logistics. (Please note that delays may occur if a self-pickup location experiences capacity constraints.) Customers can track their shipments on the official courier website using the provided tracking number.

Note 1: SF Store Self-Pickup
An SMS notification will be sent once your package arrives at the designated SF Store. Please collect your parcel within 3 business days of receiving the SMS notification. For SF Store locations, please visit: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/S.F.Network/SF_store_address/

Note 2: SF Locker Self-Pickup
An SMS notification will be sent once your package arrives at the designated SF Locker. Please collect your parcel within 2 business days of receiving the SMS notification. Any applicable shipping fees for SF Locker collection must be paid via Octopus card.

Please Note: If your chosen SF Locker is at full capacity on the scheduled delivery date, delivery will be rescheduled. Please refer to the latest update provided in your notification messages. Additionally, standard SF Lockers accommodate packages up to maximum dimensions of 45 × 31 × 35 cm.
