What delivery methods can I choose?
By choosing SF Express (can be delivered to residential addresses) / SF Station Pickup (Note 1) / SF Smart Locker (Note 2), you agree to the company's terms and conditions for express delivery.
How is shipping calculated?
Except for activities specifically noted on the website, shipping costs are handled as follows:
If the total order amount is HK$500 or above, shipping to Hong Kong and Macau is free; if the total order amount is less than HK$500 (for Hong Kong and Macau users), shipping will be collected on delivery.
Delivery time:
1. It takes 3 to 4 working days to ship the goods after successfully placing the order (excluding public holidays).
2. Generally, it arrives 1-3 days after shipment, depending on SF Express's logistics situation. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival time! (There may be delays due to insufficient pickup points.) Customers can track the order number on the SF Express website. - Shipping reference (all prices are subject to SF Express's quotation): HK$20 - HK$30 (under 1KG) HK$36 (1KG-3.5KG) HK$42 (3.5KG-5KG)
Note 1: SF Express Station Pickup: Upon arrival at the pickup point, you will receive a text message notification. Please pick up your package within 3 business days of receiving the text message. Note 2: Upon arrival at the SF Locker, you will receive a text message notification. Please pick up your package within 2 business days of receiving the text message. Please note: Your selected smart locker may be full on the day of delivery. We will reschedule your delivery to a different time. Please refer to the notification you receive. Additionally, the standard size for smart lockers is 45 x 31 x 35 cm. If your package exceeds the size limit, we will notify you and request an alternative delivery method.
